• Compare, test and observe differences between tap water, filtered water, and wild water. Recognize that like food, water quality varies significantly.

• Practice methods for filtering and structuring water to enhance its vitality and life-supporting qualities.

• Create your personalized water plan with practical strategies to implement in daily life beyond the weekend.

• Saturday evening is a 'Celebration of Water', facilitated by poet and musician Ben Weaver.
